Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Verda Venta. We trust you are happy with your purchase.

We understand that sometimes we or you make mistakes when ordering equipment. So, you can return your goods to us for a full refund, credit, or exchange. We make this process as smooth as possible for you.

RETURNS

All returns must be notified to us within 7 days of the purchase date or date of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all the original tags and labels attached.

Any return that exceeds 7 days will incur a 10% handling charge of the invoice value.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, with original labels/stickers/seals, all accessories, and parts, and please email the details of your return to: customerservice@verdavento.com.

We will be in contact to arrange the pick-up and do a quick visual inspection of the unit.

REFUNDS

After inspecting the condition of your returned item, we will process your refund within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of your item. We strive to solve this as soon as possible for you.

EXCEPTIONS

In below instances refunds are at the discretion of Verda Vento Pty. Ltd.:

  • Buyers’ remorse;
  • The delivery schedule has been delayed;
  • The installation date has been delayed;
  • When you did not act promptly and the return time limit has expired;
  • When another member of the family or someone who has access to your card details made the purchase;
  • When you forgot about the transaction.

For defective or damaged products, please email us at customerservice@verdavento.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

WARRANTIES

We hope it doesn’t come to this, but in case you have any defects the warranty specific to your product will apply. The warranty per unit is different and can be found back on the back of your invoice. Please contact us should you have any queries.

The minimum warranty is 3 years if the units are serviced by an approved Verda Vento installer at least twice a year. If not serviced accordingly a 1-year warranty will be applicable on the product.

In the following cases the warranty will not be applicable:

  • Tampering with the product;
  • Installation adjustments done by someone who is not approved by Verda Vento;
  • Damage due to electrical surges or corrosion;
  • Damage due to negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage;
  • Damage or malfunctioning by not maintaining the product or using it in another application other than what the unit is designed for;
  • Changes in the appearance, design or functioning of the product.

How to claim for a warranty?

Contact us on customerservice@verdavento.com and explain your situation. Once we have assessed the product, we will validate the eligibility for a warranty case after which we will repair the product.

In case parts are required, the speed of repair is dependent on the manufacturer’s availability of parts. In case no parts are available, the product will be replaced.

Please note that the above warranty details are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions which can be found on their respective websites.
